2nd Advisory Committee Meeting

In this 2nd advisory committee meeting, JRRN secretariat reviewed the international activities of the Foundation for Riverfront Improvement as ARRN secretariat up to date and also gained diverse opinions on the expected future efforts concerning international networking on river environment from the representatives of administrative agencies, research institutions, universities, civic groups and private companies.

1st Advisory Committee Meeting

With a view to learn experts' views on the future operation policy of ARRN and JRRN, JRRN secretariat held the 1st advisory committee meeting for ARRN/JRRN activities titled "Information Networking on Waterfront Environment" and gained valuable opinions from the representatives of various bodies including administrative agencies, research institutions, universities, civic groups and private companies.

1st ARRN Governing Council Meeting
|
On the 8th November 2006, the 1st ARRN Governing Council Meeting was held in Tokyo. At the meeting, approval of ARRN charter, selection of the chairperson as well as a discussion on its logo and website operation were made, where valuable and substantial input on the future activities of ARRN was received from the participants.
